By applying for or using Scan's OSS Hosting service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Scan's OSS Hosting provides free hosting for qualifying open source projects. The service includes access to a Dokploy panel for deploying and managing your project.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To use this service, your project must:
- Be licensed under an OSI-approved open source license
- Be actively developed or maintained
- Not contain illegal, malicious, or harmful content
- Not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Host malware, phishing sites, or other malicious content
- Distribute illegal content or facilitate illegal activities
- Abuse server resources or interfere with other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Host content that violates intellectual property rights
5. Service Availability
This is a free service provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or performance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Project becoming inactive or abandoned
- Project no longer meeting eligibility requirements
- Abuse of resources or service
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
